Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking at least 8-12 weeks in advance for standard packages, and 12-16 weeks for custom designs. For peak season events (May-September), booking 16-24 weeks in advance is advisable to ensure availability.

Do you offer consultations before booking?

Yes, we provide complimentary initial consultations either in person at our studio or via video call. This allows us to understand your vision, discuss your requirements, and provide appropriate recommendations before you make a booking decision.

What is your service area?

We primarily serve the whole of Ireland, with our base in County Offaly. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50km from our studio. For international events, additional logistics and accommodation charges will be applicable.

What information should I prepare for our first meeting?

To make the most of our initial consultation, please prepare details about your event date, venue, approximate guest count, theme or color scheme preferences, budget range, and any inspiration images you may have. This helps us understand your vision and provide targeted recommendations.
