Our Design Process

Creating exceptional event decorations involves careful planning, creative design, and meticulous execution. Here's how we transform your vision into reality:

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your event's purpose, theme, audience, and venue. This helps us establish design parameters and budget expectations.

2. Concept Development

Our designers create initial concept sketches and mood boards based on your brief. We refine these concepts with your feedback until we have a clear design direction.

3. Detailed Design

Once the concept is approved, we develop detailed technical plans and material specifications. We carefully consider construction methods, safety, and logistics.

4. Production

Our skilled craftspeople bring the designs to life in our studio. We create custom elements, prepare materials, and assemble components for efficient on-site installation.

5. Installation

Our installation team carefully transports and assembles all elements at your venue. We coordinate with other vendors to ensure a smooth setup process and perfect finishing touches.

6. Event Support & Removal

For selected events, we provide on-site support during your event. After the event concludes, our team efficiently removes all installations and restores the venue to its original condition.

Studio Rules

Booking Guidelines

To ensure we can deliver the highest quality results for your event, we recommend booking our services well in advance:

  • Standard packages: 8-12 weeks advance booking
  • Custom designs: 12-16 weeks advance booking
  • Peak season events (May-September): 16-24 weeks advance booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event date.

Site Requirements

To ensure successful installation and optimal results, please ensure your venue can accommodate the following:

  • Access for delivery vehicles and equipment
  • Adequate installation time (typically 3-8 hours depending on complexity)
  • Power sources for lighting elements
  • Sufficient space for the planned installations
  • Venue permission for temporary installations and any required adjustments

Do you offer delivery outside of Ireland?

While we primarily serve the Irish market, we can accommodate select international events. Additional fees for transport, accommodation, and logistics will apply. Please contact us for a custom quote.

What happens if the weather is bad for outdoor installations?

We always prepare contingency plans for outdoor events. This may include weather-resistant materials, covered areas, or alternative indoor setups. We monitor weather forecasts closely and communicate with you proactively about any necessary adjustments.

Can you work with my other vendors (photographer, caterer, etc.)?

Absolutely! We regularly collaborate with other event vendors to ensure all elements of your event work harmoniously together. We're happy to coordinate with your photographer, venue manager, caterer, and other service providers.
